    I pay Termite Lawn and Pest up front for a year of service. After the year was over, I did not want to continue the service, Termite Lawn and Pest came by and performed another application without me knowing. I called Termite Lawn and Pest to inform them that our agreement was for one year and I did not want to do business with them anymore. They said I own them for the extra service that I did not know or agree to receive. Termite Lawn and Pest continues to send me a bill with interest that I did not ask agree too.

    ******. Per our agreement (attached), after one year, service continues on a month to month basis until termination by either party with a 30 day written notice (I've highlighted it in yellow). As I informed you when you called, you have to let us know you want to discontinue service. And you did not do that until 1/12/24, 35 days after the last treatment. I wish we could read minds, but unfortunately, we cannot.
