      If I could leave a review without giving any stars I would. This company has been a thorn in my side for three weeks now. My family and I went on a scenic train ride in the mountains of ******** and had our pictures taken. We purchased the online package and fast forward 3 days (it says to give them 48 hours) and still no pictures. The only communication that I receive is we are working on this. In my opinion this is a complete and total scam so save yourself some money and skip the headache of this poorly ran company.

      Purchased my digital photos from Titanic Pigeon Forge but when I view them they still have the watermark and want me to pay again. I called the Titanic venue and they said I needed to contact Magic Memories which I have with no response. Not happy I spent $40 for nothing!

      Worked for many seasons for almost a decade. Stayed because I Loved the venue. Management changed and decided to discriminate. Company favors people with no experience. I have been lied to multiple times and accused of things I did not say and then the venue discriminates. There are other better photo companies out there

      The photos provided as a digital download are at a resolution of 0.4 mp which is unacceptable for digital quality today. An iPhone takes better quality than that. Why is the quality so poor? I had the photos taken yesterday at the Biltmore. Very disappointing.

      Hi there,
      Thank you for your review. Apologies for any confusion caused.
      I have been able to review your photo album and the photos are of the expected high quality resolution of 300 dpi. The file sizes are smaller as we compress the files so that they are easily downloaded and stored, but this does not affect the image quality. If you are experiencing any quality issues when previewing the photos, please ensure you save the photos using the 'Save' icon below the photos or otherwise the "Download All' function as saving otherwise can cause quality issues.

      Purchased pictures and was sold on the option to digitally download them. This seems like a complete scam that the link is never been provided.

      I am very sorry to hear you have been unable to access your photos. You should have received a small card at the photo capture area with a unique photo code to access your photos on our website. This code may also be noted on your itemized receipt in the Note section.

      If you are unable to locate this code or the photos are not available to you, please contact our Customer Service team at magicmemories.com/support with further details and we can work to resolve this.

      Paid for downloading pictures from July 12th 2022 Great Smokey Mountain Train, have the pictures but can't get the download, company wants be to pay again. Tried to contact them without any response and never received the email promised that would come to download either. Would either want to get the download or refund the download cost.
