    Incredibly Expensive! I had Leak Doctor come out to the house (near Downtown) to find a leak on the advice of a plumber who said he could only fine the leak by cutting a hole in the ceiling of the first floor of my house, under the second floor. When Leak Doctor came out, they said they could only find the leak by cutting a hole in that ceiling. Since they were going to charge me $450 to find the leak and were going to do just what the plumber would have to do, there was no advantage to using them. So I didn't. They charged a trip fee, which is to be expected, but it was $150! I think that is exorbitant for a trip fee. No other business I have dealt with has charged over $85 at most.

We take all customer comments and concerns seriously as they are an opportunity for growth. I believe the initial scheduling call was made by your wife. During that conversation we were very transparent about the fee for the service and what would be expected during the service. It was explicitly discussed prior to our arrival that in some cases the only way to confirm your particular issue is to open up the area to verify. When the technician arrived the paper work authorizing the technician to perform the service was signed and the inspection began. After the inspection started you determined you no longer wanted the technician to proceed. We understand that leak detection services can be costly, which is why we strive to be transparent about our fees and process before we ever arrive to the property.
