    They made my septic tank in February 2021 all new, I paid more than $11,000 and it turns out that for the month of January 2022, that is, 11 months later The septic tank is leaking water through the pipes they installed and the bad smell is horrible, I thought it's a serious company and they were recommended to me, Lindon, its owner, attended to my claim. I sent him photos, videos and he said I will send the Engineers and you know today is June 16, 2023 and they have not attended to my claim and the Engineers never arrived, here I share photos of the communication that we had by email, which did not have any action from Tropical Plumbing, called the last 2 weeks left a message with Lindon because they tell me that he is busy and they do not return my calls, please ?? be careful once they They take your money and you don't care.

    It's sad one ?? to pay so much and not receive what we expected.
