    On July 24, 2024, I paid a deposit of $2,725 out of a total of $5,450. I asked for them to move forward on this project on July 8th and agreed to the quote. I was told the project would begin within 3 days of them receiving the deposit. This project was for the replacement of coping around my pool.After numerous delays and promises, the project finally began on August 27, 2024. They said the project would take 3 days approximately. The coping project itself was completed around September 7th, nearly a week after the estimate, however the debris was not cleaned up and my backyard and pool were a mess. The pool was full of debris. I requested clean up on numerous occasions with no success.On September 17th I was promised it would be completed by Friday the 20th or no later than the 21st. The tech did not show up on the 21st as promised and the company has not responded to my inquiries since. My pool is full of construction debris and they will not remove it. Promises and deadlines have been made and broken at least six times.

    Scheduled pump repair and quote for replacing filtration system.They required $130 prepayment.A person showed up, I showed him the equipment and 20 minutes later he left.No work done, no quote, nothing.Contacted company and was told he was returning.Called back and requested refund since I had not received a quote, nor any repair.Was told refund would be issued by end of day.A week later they would not transfer me to manager and refused to give refund stating they had delivered a quote.
