    I have been consistently harassed by a employee manager accusations of sleeping and or resting while conducting my necessary sorting and trying to organize household items I wish to sell. First incident involved myself and friend taking a break on a couch in my unit. Manager says we are not allowed to rest. She was unnecessary abrasive told us we had to leave.. second incident I was moving and arranging furniture. I was in the back of my 10X25 unit full of furniture. She yells into the unit and accuses me of sleeping. My unit is door wide open. I told her to come on back that I was organizing furniture that I plan to sell.
    Yet again she takes an abrasive position. Threatens to throw me out of my storage unit. I have curtain divider set up inside my unit because people drive past and I do not want them to case my belongings for possibility of theft. One week previous a crime ring try to pry units open with crowbar I was so scared 4 vehicles were involved and precisely 8:40 pm the crime ring used gate code to exit the storage facility. I reported the insident to employee and express the exact date and time and to suspend the code that was used. There is a lack of adequate lighting and security. I do not feel safe and feel a divider / curtain is absolutely necessary to keep "eyes" off my valuables and belongings. Same manager demand I remove divider I told her I pay money for my space and if I needed a divider curtain to help protect myself and my belongings that was my prerogative and did not understand why She being manager was so mean spirited and abrasive toward me. I have never been treated so badly at a storage facility ever. I do not understand her motive for being so vicious and mean spirited. My treatment is nothing short of harassment! I have never had any problems ever in my years of using storage facility. I am really disappointed in my treatment. I no longer want to be at this location but financially stressed.Regards -** ******
