    I paid ******** 8/21/23 to have my mobile home roof sealed by them saying they just did a neighbor's roof and have been in the business for over 25 years which was a lie. It had a 5 year warranty which I have tried many times to get to something I could see as a problem. In that total time to now it always went to an answering machine with very delayed responses which they always found nothing they said. One time he said I was a crappy old woman who lived in a crappy old house. Over the phone one time they answered he might as well move in with me as I was always complaining. I have notes I kept of all the calls and response if any. I called right after ****** as I saw a little piece that was sealed was raised and they never up till today 1/7/25 got in contact with me. I had insurance so called a reliable company *************** Specialists out of *****. They couldn't believe how my roof looked after on a year and a half. They spent one day taking all the stuff off that was there before they fixed the piece of the rubber roof that came up and put on a total new type of sealer made for mobile homes with rubber roof. It has a warranty of 20 years. I think with all the abuse I have suffered from W. and his father who when they come was with him. The least would be to return my money and make sure they had the bad review they deserve.
