I bought a piece of my art to send to a friend in another state. It wasn't printed correctly, and after some back and forth through email, I was told they saw the problem and would contact the print team. Attempting to speak to anyone via email is nearly impossible. I was given the run around numerous times and told they would not reprint it because it matched the mockup, which it clearly did not. More run around. I tried from early December 2023 to mid/late March 2024. They simply stopped replying once I asked for a refund. It was a poor gift, not how I'd like to see my art printed, and my money down the drain. I wish I had never used this website.

Ive ordered prints from INPRNT three times. Two of the three times, the size has been too large for frames of the size ordered. The first time they replied after 2 weeks and sent me a replacement. Currently Ive been contacting them for 3 weeks to replace the most recent mistake, and Ive yet to hear from them. I dont know how else to reach them except through their website. 2/3 terrible experiences and currently out $50 with no response - feels awful. Once again they are wasting my time and money.

I wish I had dug deeper into artist/seller reviews for this platform before signing on. The contact support (email only) is non-existent and I have been contacting them for weeks just to request my first withdrawal of sales earned as instructed. Unprofessional and undependable. Sell elsewhere.

prints are good quality for customers. but as for artists, a word of warning before hosting your work on INPRNT: not only do they take a rather excessive cut (50%-60%), but they are consistently delayed and uncommunicative regarding artist payouts. several of my peers have had awful experiences, but I suppose it took my own for me to finally shut down my shop on their site.after accruing a balance of over 700 USD, it took several emails to get my balance paid out, months later than the 14 days it was supposed to take, and they did not even have the basic courtesy to respond or apologize. I sold art through them for several years, but it seems that they've taken a serious downturn in the last three or four. completely unprofessional.
