    **(HE = THE OWNER) 6/21 I REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANY FOR MERCHANDISE FOR MY BUSINESS. ON 6/23 I RCVD AN INVOICE FOR 3XL SHIRTS AND A BUSINESS FLYER. ON 6/24 I SUBMITTED PAYMENT OF $148.57 ON 6/29 I WAS ADV THAT MY LOGO HAD A LOW RESOLUTION AND NEEDED TO BE RECREATED. THE OWNER ALSO STATED THAT HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE CAN DO WITH THE ORIGINAL IMAGE I TOOK. ON 6/30 HE SAID HE COULD FIND A DOG LIKE MINE AND ADD MY DOGS DETAIL TO IT AND I RESPONDED IF HE CAN TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE MY DOG THATS FINE ILL PAY BUT IF NOT ITS OK BC I DIDNT WANT ANOTJHER DOGS PICTURE AS THE FACE OF MY BUSINESS(SO I DIDNT PAY) ON 7/1 I TOLD HIM NOT TO CREATE ME A LOGO BC I WAS NOT GOING TO LAUNCH AS I WAS SPENDING OUT TOO MUCH MONEY AND I NEEDED TO START SELLING PRODUCT TO GET SOME MONEY BACK I USED AS START UP. HE OFFERED ME A REFUND BUT I SAID NO BC I WOULD EVENTUALLY STILL NEED THE ITEMS. ON 7/18 I REACHED OUT TO LET HIM KNOW I HAD A LOGO AND I WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS PRINTABLE AND HE SAID IT WAS. ON 7/26 HE SAID MY ORDER WOULD BE DONE THAT WEEK AS HE HAD TO ORDER A NEW HEAD UNIT FOR THE HEAT PRESS. ON 8/1 I REACHED OUT AGAIN BC I HAD NO PRODUCT AND HE SAID IT WOULD BE DOME THAT WEEK AS THERE WERE ORDERS BEFORE ME. I BASICALLY ASKEDHIM WAS HE 30 DAYS BEHIND ON ORDERS BC MINE WAS PLACED IN JUNE AND WHN I GAVE THE CORRECTED LOGO, I ASSUMED THE LOGO WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST STUCK ON MY ITEMS. HE WENT TO SAY HERE WAS A DELAY ON MY PART (THE LOGO CORRECTION) AND IT WOULD BE DONE HT EWEEK OF 8/1. HERE IT IS 8/5 AND I HAVE NO PRUDUCT HE HAS BEEN HAD MY MONEY SINCE JUNE BUT AFTER - MY COUSIN (WHO SPOKE HIGHLY OF THE OWNER) CONTACTED HIM, THE OWNER CLAIMED THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENT. THERE WAS NEVER AN NSF FOR MY PAYMENT! I ASKED WAS MY ORDER STARTED AND WHEN I DIDNT GET A RESPONSE I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. HE THEN SAID THERE WAS A 50% REFUND POLICY AND NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS BUT HE WOULD GIVE ME 50%. I INITIALLY SAID KEEP IT BUT I CHANGED MY MIND BC HE COMPLETED NOTHING!
