    Theyre slumlords, renting out apartments that have not been maintenanced, cracks in wall, ceiling has water damage and it leaks it when it rains, plumbing leaks when faucets are opened and these were all there when I moved in. Not only that they charge first months, last months, and security deposit but rents out apartments in deplorable conditions that are not up to code. Dont rent from this company and Please save your money because theyre only going to steal your money. Put in a plethora of maintaince request and this is what they sent me. We've received your recent maintenance requests and want to provide the following update:We will take care of the leak and will also schedule pest control for the wasp issue.These items fall under tenant obligations as outlined in your lease (Tenant Maintenance section, page 6).If you'd like us to handle those additional items, we're happy to assist, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of similar services.Let us know how you'd like to ************ regards

    Terrible! I don't even want to give it a star. Their communication is horrible. My husband and I have left so many voicemails and emails that they do not respond to. I call and im lucky if I get an answer. In my time with this specific company, I have put in maintenance requests and it always takes them weeks to get to and I always have to keep following up with them. When they do send out maintenance, I have had multiple call backs on the same issue. I truly did not want to write a bad review. I actually prefer to write good reviews but since im currently WAITING for maintenance to come for a request I put in since December and January (this is not the first time this happens), Idk what else to do to get their attention. This is bad for business, unethical and in the last couple of years they have raised my rent by nearly $500. The least they can do is help me take care of the property! Just two Saturdays ago I got a call from them asking if I was going to be home because they were going to send someone out. We made sure to make ourselves available since we have been waiting for a while for someone to come out, so we canceled all our plans and waited around all day for someone to show.....NO ONE CAME!!! I called them and left voicemails......here we are two weeks later and not a single response. This is just a few of many troubles we have gone through with this company. Now you tell me if thats ok!

    If I could give below 1 star I would. They do not respond to maintenance requests. I have called and placed multiple maintenance requests and still no one has contacted me about the repair, and it's been since the end of November. When I call into the office, I am told someone will contact me about the visit and never does.

    Absolute scam.Deduct money for cleaning but dont clean the place for the next tenants. Grass was brown and dead when we moved in because the water had been shut off . Charged us for Sod replacement and then didnt replace the sod. Unfortunately we were out of town and unaware that you only have 15 days to dispute the Deposit deduction

    Hi *************** you for your review , we are sorry that your experience with our company did not match your expectations and while we always strive to provide all our residents with the best experience possible , we would like to to clarify the following points : The cleaning fee is a mandatory fee which has been disclosed in the VACATING CLAUSE of the executed signed lease agreement; it is charged because cleaning standards often vary . With regards to the fertilizing treatment and sods replacement ,please rest assured that the responsible department has meticulously reviewed all the records and any damages that you may have reported upon your move in to ensure fair and transparent handling of your security deposit refund , this including your email dated August 1st 2023 where you have reported pre-existing damages which you were not charged for and all maintenance requests submitted through the resident center which are numerous and regretfully in all of these we failed to locate any pre-existing dead or dying sods that were reported by you , in fact our move out inspection records shows numerous spots that are in distress , dying or dead very recently . We wish that this clarifies any misunderstanding

    I had a pleasure to work with *** annd *****. They both have been excellent. From the beginning *** went above and beyond from the start of the application and has always been in touch and prompt with responding to all our inquiries. When I had some difficulties with security deposit She was great at finding solution that worked for both me and the landlord. She did excellent customer service.Therefore, i highly recommend *** for finding a new place that you will call home.Thank you so much for your help *** ??

    **************** Dealt with some issues in the beginning but they took care of repairs when needed. I was happy we didn't get an exorbitant rent increase which enabled us to renew. I would recommend them to someone looking for a place.

    If I could leave no stars, that would be my choice. If you are looking at a house to rent that they manage, RUN! Their practices as a rental management company are **** with extortion, mismanagement, and deception. You will be met with false claims, money spent out of pocket, and your baseless fees deducted from your security deposit. Once they strip your security deposit, your only option will be to take them to Small Claims Court and will be left to wonder what is your time worth. They know this and will take advantage of you.We have filed a ******** Complaint Form with the ** ***** of *********** and ******** Services. If you have faced the same issues, I encourage you to file a complaint as well. The form can be found on the Landlord/Tenant Law in ******* website.You have been warned!

    Good Morning Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this review and tell our side of the story before making this review public . The subject tenants has vacated the premises after occupying it for more than 1 year and a half , we have processed their security deposit in excat accordance with the tenant -landlord ******* law ***** governing security deposit processes and out of $3,400 in withheld security deposit we only imposed a claim for a total of $745 for the following items : Cleaning [ which is mandatory per the signed lease agreement ] Garbage Removal Wall repairs and paint touch *** Closet door repairs in the following link I am attaching pictures of the damages we made the claim for , which were found upon conducting our move out inspection : ******************************************* After sending our claim as required by law we received an objection letter from our tenants objecting to the charges and being under the impression that the carpet cleaning fee is the same as the household cleaning fee [ while no carpet cleaning fee was charged to them and while the household cleaning is not same as carpet cleaning ] Out of respect to our business conduct and to all our tenants and because we think everyone deserves a proper explanation , we promptly responded on Feb 14th via a long email clarifying the reason behind every charge and trying to have any confusion or ambiguity clarified and providing pictures of the damages that was found upon conducting the move out inspection . Our response was unfortunately met with the above review while even the link to the photos was not even open and reviewed . I kindly suggest to provide me with a good email address of yours where we can send the followings : our notice of intent The tenant 's objection letter Our response to the tenants We will be more than happy to provide those and leave the matter to your fair judgment Looking forward to hearing from you soon
