Terrible ***************** Completely unprofessional. If you have a property, do not put them to manage, they literally do not care about the customer service of whoever is trying to rent or live in your property. ***** simply does not answer the phone calls, emails, text message. Do not count on them for anything.

    Hi ********,

Thank you for your feedback. Were sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience youve experienced.
We take customer service seriously and always strive to respond promptly and professionally. After reviewing our records, we found no email responses from your side and only one submitted application, which was unfortunately incomplete. We did not receive any follow-up communication or a completed application from you.
We understand how important communication is during the rental process, and we are reviewing this situation internally to ensure nothing was missed. Please know that our team, including *****, is committed to supporting both owners and prospective tenants with professionalism and respect.
If you are still interested in the property or have additional concerns, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to clarify and assist however we can.
    Sincerely,

These people are unprofessional at best. They are very difficult to get ahold of on the phone and unresponsive when you do get them. My wife and I regret using them. Their first check to return our deposit BOUNCED. The second check was for $500 LESS with no accompanying documentation to explain it. Further attempts to contact them were ignored. We have decided to swallow the $500 loss just so we don’t have to deal with them ever again.

    Hi Daniel,

We have previously emailed you to clarify that the $500 represents your non-refundable pet deposit, as clearly outlined in your signed lease agreement.

These people are the biggest crooks in the rental community. I cannot express enough how upset I am that I did not read these reviews myself prior to renting from these crooks. They are your best friend until its time to move out, not to mention they show up for inspections whenever they feel without warning. We left the house immaculate to say the least and did everything they asked for the next tenant. The kept more than half of our deposit stating the house required a lot of cleaning and landscaping. Jaime Hernandez, who unfortunately works for Intop gets paid to make sure the rent deposit is kept. He is their main crook. If you are reading these reviews, do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Thank you!!!!

    Hi Brett,

Upon your departure, we observed that the condition of the house was less than immaculate. Specifically, the window blinds and baseboards were covered in dust, the toilets were not properly cleaned, and there was damage to the toilet seat. Additionally, there were extensive areas of dead grass, with some spots where grass was entirely absent.
It's important to note that when you initially moved into the property, it was in a pristine condition. As a tenant, it is your responsibility to maintain the house in a good and proper state. Therefore, we find it necessary to restore the property to its original condition.

The most frustrating experience in the 15 years of me dealing with these types of companies. Started off good as my application was immediately received after paying $180 in application fees, but it slowly went down from there. Small specifics was that my husband is not on our current lease as it was not needed at that time, so Intop was informed that they would not be able to verify him living here through the same means of talking to the rental agency. I was transparent from the beginning on that and have the emails to prove this. 08/08/2022 - Reached out to see if property was still available 08/09/2022 - Received email stating it was 08/09/2022 - Husband and I applied to the home. 08/13/2022 - Received automated email that they could not verify my current residency with the email adress I gave them of the rental company. I called them my current landlord to take care of 08/15/2022 - Requested an update as I had not heard anything 08/16/2022 - Called and emailed requesting an update - no response 08/18/2022 - Called and emailed requesting an update - finally received an email from Jaime stated they had been trying to verify my residency with no such luck. I called them and got a different email address. My current landlord finally responded on the form. 08/19/2022 - Called several times and sent an email requesting an update. Found a random number of who I think is the actual owner of the company to finally get some answers. 08/22/2022 - Husband received an email stating they couldnt verify his residency through the rental agency **Which I told them multiple times they would not be able to do it that way** 08/23/2022 - Received an email from Jaime stated that if I did not want my husband on the new lease then we could not proceed. Why would I pay $180 for both us to apply if I didn't want him to be on it? This means he never read any of my emails or listened to my voicemails. I requested my money back! I called and emailed more than they reached out to me

    Hi Laura,
I hope you understand the rental application process. We follow the same procedure processing all applications. On your application, your husband never mentioned he was not on your current lease, we responded to your requests accordingly. If the information you provided was not correct, it would delay the process of the application. We could not verify your residency, especially, when your current landlord did not respond to us in time and would not verify your husband's rental history. We are frustrated as much as you do when this happens. The community you are applying for has very strict rules and regulations on rentals. Some tenants were even forced to be removed by HOA even after move in. we have to make sure we submit proper information for all approvals by the HOA board as well. Thank you for your understanding.

Terrible management company. When we found the rental home, we put a deposit down of $5,000. Not only did we only get less than 1/2 that back when we moved, the owner made promises they did not fulfill. We purchased a fence for our dogs which they allowed and then only offered us $100 for the fence. We had told them we would like to be there for 3 years; however, after the first year they raised our rent $250/ month. So we chose not to renew. Our home was left so clean except for the normal wear and tear items which they overcharge you for those "damages" related to the refund of your security deposit. and are terrible with communication. I highly recommend you stay far away from them!

Dear Victoria: as you know, you received a brand new house when you moved in. You changed wall color and installed wall paper without the owner's or management consents. Your touch up paint does not match the original color. We had to rip the wall paper and repainted damaged paint on the house. Per contract, tenants are required to clean the house and return the property back to us in the same condition as you moved in. However, The house was left very dirty. The carpet had tons of dogs hair. Also, we had informed you that the owner would not pay for the fence, and you put up the fence for your own convenience. We already sent you the move out report, you can see the damages you have left.

Your company is full of lies. I spoke with Jaime, the management company contact on multiple occasions via text message, cell phone and emails were in he advised we could paint as the paint color that was on the original walls was the cheapest paint and anytime someone put their hand on the wall it would become dirty. There was no way to clean the walls as it was flat paint. The color of the walls were an eggshell color, and after speaking with multiple owners/renters within the community they advised this same color was in their home and had the same problems. Additionally, your company calling me out for what our family did the home is horrible, as we have proof of the home being in very good cheap upon our exit. Your company is horrible in communication and will be receiving continued negative reviews for having my family dump thousands into this rental with our deposit not returned.
