    We hired Advanced Coating Technologies to coat the garage floor on our new build home. In December 2020. This includes a 5 year warranty. In September of 2024, the flooring started to peel which is clearly covered under warranty. The company will not come out and perform the warranty work. I have called multiple times and they make one excuse after another about why they are too busy to come out. We are going on 4 months of phone calls and emails with no resolution.

    February 9, 2017 Advanced Coating Technologies completed coating on garage floor.There is a 5 year warranty. Contacted them & sent photos of coating peeling Aug 9, 2021.Feb 18, 2022 they finally sent someone who tried to patch.Sent more photos July 9, 2024. Every time I have contacted them they tell me they have issues and they will get back. They continue to stonewall with excuses.I have tried to be understanding & patient, but they refuse to honor the repair.

    The Contract/Invoice and ******** is erroneously in the name of Mr. * **************** It should say Mr. * ********************** On January 6, 2021, the business completed my 3-car garage floor coating and provided me a 5 ************ Labor/Material Warranty which they have not honored. The 3-car garage floor coating cost was $3,420.00. The business committed to honoring me a written warranty limited to - Peeling or Blistering or Delaminating of any kind. The warranty also included Chalking and Fading which is OK. The dispute is related to the business not honoring the 5-year written warranty against the floor coating which is Peeling and Blistering. The coated material on the cement floor is Peeling and Blistering. The coated material is lifting off the cement floor. The business treated the cement floor 100% prior to the application of the coating (installation) of the material onto the clean and treated cement floor. The house (with its garage) was purchased new, and the coating was applied less than one year from home purchase. The business has not shown or proven any failure due to defective substrate (cement floor) or any other condition or act of God as indicated in the warranty. The business has tried to resolve the problem on two different occasions after long waits for them to repair. But the Peeling and Blistering has gotten worse in that there are more/larger patches of blistering/peeling. I have called them many times and have been waiting for them to repair for 7 months. They keep giving excuses that they are busy; or the owner is out of town, or the owner will be informed, and they don't come to repair. The Invoice numbers are ****, dated January 6, 2021, and No. **** dated December 16, 2020.
