THIS COMPANY WAS ORDERED BY THE COURT OF VOLUSIA COUNTY TO ACCEPT PAYMENT OF $12,500 FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND I WAS TO BE GIVEN $7,000 WITH ANOTHER $500 TAKEN FROM THE ORIGINAL $20,000 SETTLEMENT FOR COURT COSTS. THIS COMPANY HAS REFUSED TO SIGN AND PAY THE MONEY OWED TO ME, CLAIMING THAT THEY HAD EXTRA COSTS WHICH I SHOULD PAY, BUT WERE NOT STIPULATED BY THE ******** HOUSE IS STILL WITHOUT ITS ROOF BEING FIXED BECAUSE I LACK THE $7,000 NEEDED TO HAVE THIS DONE. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN HARASSING ME TO SIGN AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER $5,000 WHICH IS NOT WHAT THE COURT ORDER, NOR WOULD COVER EVEN THE COST OF THE WORK NEEDED OF A THIRD OF MY ROOF. I AM AN ELDERLY WIDOW WHOM THEY THINK THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I DO NOT POCESS THE FINANCIAL RECOURSES TO FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS. I CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE OF THEIR HARASSMENT OR DELAY TO HAVE MY MONEY TO FIX MY ROOF.
