We parked our car at my brothers apartment complex in the visitors parking lot, directly in front of the visitors parking sign. In the photos the tower had, it is clearly visible. The tow company was and I quote "waiting to get anyone that slipped up". Within 30 minutes my car was gone. They admitted it was by mistake and yet the tower said if he refunds us it comes from his paycheck so he can't. Not only we're we wrongfully towed, we were told it was wrong but we couldn't be refunded. It's a scam.Business Response

This not a scam. when you make a complaint don't lie about begin in a visitor spot. I was parked in the incorrect parking space, I accept that. Driver dragged my car out leaving tire marks on the ground. Now my car is shaking so I emailed the manager and instead of him asking questions he emailed me saying my driver dragged your car 8 feet that won't hurt your car. Driver also drove fast over the speed bumps. I asked for them to pay for a check up and got nothing.Business Response

We just arrived to a location and tow truck company watch us walk into a location. We were at the location for less then 15 minutes ordering food and the tow truck pick up our vehicle and stated we had to pay him 125 dollars cash and no other form of payment was acceptable. We requested a receipt and the person refused to provide a receipt. He stated it wasn't his problem to provide a receipt, he only wants his money. No money no car. The tow truck driver did the same thing to several vehicles.Business Response

Vehicle was towed by New Generation Towing after I paid to park in a section of a parking lot. I willfully chose to park there as it was a private section. It appears that the person collecting the money for that spot and putting out cones was working in cohort with New Generation Towing. Went to recover my vehicle and was told that they only accept cash. They made me use an old ATM at the location to pull out cash. They charged me $130 to recover the vehicle. They never sent me a receipt for the towing services. When I called them, he said he would try to send the receipt later in the day. Been days later, no receipt. It is apparent that they are running an illegal operation here. They are luring vehicles and then towing them. They are refusing to provide receipts of their services. New Generation Towing And Recovery 10850 Cosmonaut Blvd, Orlando, FL 32824 This company illegally towed my car from my apartment complex. They were extremely rude and unapologetic as to tell me why my car was towed. Also, they only accept cash. If you read their reviews, the reviews are stating that they are removing stickers from the license plates and stealing cars among other complaints. On June 8th 2022 my F-150 Ford Van , was towed by New Generation Towing & Recovery at 2824 Michigan ave, kissimmee fl 34744, I have my church over two years and i have parked and my church members has parked and we never had an issue, nor we never got any warning, i a renter and i should have the right to park my van or car of my members, we are now afraid to park our car in a place that we have church service and there is time we have vigil service or overnight and get our cars towed, on this day that New Generation Towing & Recovery has decide to tow people cars without a warning sticker , they forgot to take another car that was in the same parking lot , same side , that has been abandon for 3 weeks and today 7/11/22 is still park in the same spot. today i had to pay $ 234.00 to take my F-150 Ford Van , and i would like to get a full refund back. This company has a terrible track record of scamming people out of their hard earned money. towed my car in a complex that has very little guest parking there was no guest parking available at all and I need to go get my son from my sister I park in the next only available parking which is future resident parking because everything else is for assigned parking only for the residents thinking I'm only going to be a few minutes to walk over to the building these savages come rushing in within minutes tow my car by the time I get back the tow truck is back zooming through the complex almost hit a dog and a lady in attempt to collect another vehicle where there's no sign that says the vehicle can be towed after business hours anywhere obviously if there was a sign posted I wouldn't have parked there. The employee when I called was super rude I was simply trying to find information out and he has the audacity to call me a brat and become very nasty over the phone he then says 175 card or cash now or 125 during business hours tomorrow why are they overcharging for a tow they did within minutes and took 5 mins down the road? They didn't even waste 20 dollars in gas to pick up the car and take it to the yard. These people have no compassion they are very hostile very unreasonable and seem to set whatever price they want to pocket extra profit for their benefit when I get there they don't even have anyone working in the office for me to try and get my car I then have to wait 45 mins in a car with my kid and nephew late at night and when he someone gets there he says cash only after I had to search and scrape together 175 with some cash and on my card I then have to leave again with two children late at night to now get cash they weren't even willing to budge and take 125 which is what I would pay during business hours very terrible service if you read any reviews on any platform about these people this is a common occurrence of them scamming people shut them down immediatelyBusiness Response

We do not set the prices. the prices are set by the county. also there a sign of the prices on the fence. We went through the photos we can see there was few parking spot available. Like you stated, you were parked in a Future resident parking which that its when the office its open.it is responsibility of the resident to notify their guest of the rules and regulations of the complex.
