5 starsWe had the most wonderful experience with Florida Roof Restorations! They came to inspect our roof right away, and did a terrific job reporting all the problems and keeping us posted regarding the steps we had to take. They are very honest, professional, polite and trustworthy. Our roof was ready in 2 days and looked great! We were able to sell our home for top dollar with a new roof! ***** and his crew at Florida Roof Restorations did an outstanding job with our roof replacement after wind damage. Even with several roadblocks with weather conditions and issues with material delivery, ***** kept following up to make sure our job was completed with excellence. 5 starsMy last Roofer 8 years ago, was not a very honest nor responsible one. Not to mention he never sent the inspector for final inspection. ******** (*******) from Florida Roof Restorations came to our home for a free inspection. Our shingles were rather damaged and loose. Not only he explained everything into detail, in regards to making the claim, and procedures. ******** made sure everything was taken care of, and he'd update us on everything, especially with the approval from the insurance company. He showed us images of the type of work they do and how they work. Their email said to expect the workers to arrive at 7am. They began working at 6:45am. Tarps were laid out all around the outside of the house for collecting debris. ******** not only sent me updated photos of the progress, he'd explain what was being done and found. He'd also get on the roof and work. This is a very organized, responsible, punctual, and clean company. After the roof was finished, there was nothing on the ground. They clean up afterwards. We hardly had to do anything, just call to make the claim. I highly recommend this company. Don't doubt! Our neighbor across the street saw what was being done, and requested for their services.Review fromJanice H

5 starsFlorida Roof Restorations, which had replaced my roof in late 2022, recently replied to a request for possible damage assessment after the 2024 hurricanes. The team arrived in a timely manner and went beyond what I expected. Not only was I reassured that the roof had held its own during the two hurricanes, but I was also surprised and grateful that they cleared the debris off the roof for ***** the summer of 2022, I had several companies submit estimates to me. Florida Roof Restorations gave me the best estimate, worked for several weeks with my insurance company, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. 5 starsWhen we started having issues with our home's roof that was only seven years old, we were referred to Florida Roof Restorations. We were new to the entire process and their team walked us through every step of the process, including removing our solar panels and having them reinstalled. They helped us to file our initial insurance claim. After that claim was denied, even though we needed to replace the entire roof, their team walked us through how we could move forward with the process. They introduced us to an attorney that was able to provide legal counsel around this situation and assured us that this was more common that we thought. The partnership with Florida Roof Restorations and the legal counsel helped us to have our claim ultimately approved by our insurance company. Florida Roof Restorations was very professional as they prepped our home for the installation, through the installation process, as well as the clean-up. We were amazed at how smooth the entire process was. Our new roof looks amazing! 5 starsI met with several other roofers before going with Florida Roof Restorations, since the first day ***** and ***** explain to me all the roof replacement process including all the materials option and modern roof ventilation. They work hand by hand with my insurance company. During the installation process, both, were making sure that the roof was installed with all the specification. They were the first to arrive at early morning and last to leave. At the end the roof looks great and modern. I recommended 100% this company for your roof replacement.
