My mother and I lost her partner suddenly of 20 years. As we were preparing for Hurricane ******, we noticed that on the side of the house our soffit had fell and wires were exposed. Normally this would be something that my stepfather could fix, but with him gone my mother and I were at a loss trying to figure out how to fix it with the hurricane just 2 days away from hitting. My mother reached out on a community ******** group looking for help, anyone that would be kind to help fix it before the strong winds came. ** from Gravity Roofing not only reached out, but he showed up within an hour and fixed our roof as a courtesy. I cannot tell you how grateful we are that there are still kind hearted people in this world that just want to make the community better. He could have charged us for his time and fixing the soffit, but ** and Gravity Roofing saw someone in need and offered assistance. This company and their people are compassionate, professional, kind, and trust worthy. They want to see our community grow. I cannot say enough good things about Gravity Roofing. ** knew that my mother and I were alone for the first time during the storm and continued to check in on us and see how we were doing. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people who work for it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget what you did for us!
