Thomas roofing fixed a leak on the ridge of my roof. Jose was very professional and explained what he was doing and showed me a few things to Watch out for on other parts of my roof without making seem like a sales pitch. I appreciated that. The few times we have had rain since the fix, no leak - so it seems like mission accomplished!

Thomas Roofing did an excellent job with our roof! The customer service was great and they finished the roof really quickly. They did a great job communicating with ** throughout the whole process and they did all of the communicating with our insurance company. They also did a great job picking up nails in our yard afterwards, which is a definitely bonus if you have kids and pets.Thomas Roofing & Repair

1 starOur experience with Thomas Roofing & Repair has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. To say we are thoroughly dissatisfied with their services would be an understatement. We embarked on the journey of replacing both our main house roof and detached garage roof over a year ago, entrusting this company with a significant project.
What ensued was a never-ending ordeal that left us feeling utterly frustrated and taken advantage of. Throughout this year, our case was juggled between a revolving door of individuals within the company, creating a breeding ground for miscommunication, delays, and chaos. It is also important to note that we were never alerted to the fact that our case was being handed over to someone else - we had to find out on our own after contacting the previous individuals who left the company. The rate of employee turnover should've been a clue for us.
The breaking point in this woeful saga came when we undertook a lengthy and arduous process with our insurance company/attorneys to secure coverage for the roof replacements. However, somewhere amidst this convoluted mess, the roof of our detached garage was inexplicably excluded from the discussion – a fact that was concealed from us until it was too late.
Fast forward to the eleventh hour, one day before the scheduled roof replacement, we discovered the egregious error that had occurred. To add insult to injury, our attempt to communicate our frustrations with Thomas Roofing and Repair was met with stone-cold silence. They have shown a blatant disregard for our concerns, leaving us in the lurch, and with a garage roof in a poor state.
Thomas Roofing and Repair's inability to manage a simple project over the course of a year, coupled with their blatant omission of our detached garage roof, has left us not only with a costly headache over what to do with our garage but also a sour taste in our mouths. We wholeheartedly caution anyone considering their services.UPDATE:
I am pleased to share an update on our experience with Thomas Roofing & Repair. After a challenging journey that initially left us very dissatisfied, I must acknowledge the positive turn of events and the commendable actions taken by the company to remedy the issues we faced.
After expressing our frustration, they personally and swiftly acknowledged the missteps in communication and took immediate steps to rectify the situation and addressed our concerns with transparency and honesty. I received personal phone calls from the head of their company, who was genuine and took full accountability.
While I was initially hesitant to recommend them, based on the recent improvements and their sincere efforts to make things right for us, I would reconsider my previous negative review.Review fromwendy b

1 starHired Thomas in May of 23, took them until August to do the work. Didn’t do it correctly . Took our money , damaged our air conditioner don’t return our phone calls. Now reporting to BBB also contacting our insurance company that paid for the shoddy work and if need be florida attorney general. We are owed money back from work not done snd damage.
