    Terribly awful company. The company sold me a safe and sent me a receipt that matched the price I hit submit purchase. The company then overcharged me for that price. The company ended up having an overprice credit dispute and the company put a stop on the safe and then kept my money. So I have no safe or money. I spoke with ***** to find out the package was placed on stop and return to sender. The most fraudulent practice. I then called customer service and was absolutely belittled and undermined by the customer service agent and was told what I'm going to do rather than being cordial. The worker didn't want to work with me basically dismissive. I own three other safes from this company. This is disappointing and disrespectful because of that. I will never ever support this company again and will probably have to serve them for my safe. I want my safe. They have scammed and false advertised before and belittled again. the advertisement shows them false advertising and scamming again.

    Mr.**** stopped payment and filed a chargeback against Vaultek Safe Inc.  Mr. ***** claim is unsubstantiated.  We have never offered a $2249.99 safe for $89.99.  Furthermore, Mr **** altered his order confirmation receipt in his attempts to defraud Vaultek Safe Inc.  Once the payment dispute was initiated, we instituted a return to sender service for the merchandise, as we do not give away free product.

    Mr. **** has received the entirety of his payment back.  However, Vaultek Safe Inc. is still without the accessory bundle that was accidentally delivered.  To rectify this situation we issue Mr. **** a prepaid return label and scheduled a ***** pickup, all at the expense of Vaultek Safe Inc.  The prepaid return label that was issued does appear to have been used and we expect to receive this shipment on Thursday(2/4/25).

    Feb 12th I contacted the company regarding a unit listed on their website. They sent me a PayPal invoice for $433.51 which I immediately paid.Feb 24th after no further communication with the company I emailed them requesting a tracking number. They did indeed create a ***** shipping label. That's it, label created. Still nothing shipped. I imagined them laughing about getting the customer to go away Mar 7th, Early, ****** I called and inquired about the status. After putting me on hold for a while the person got on the phone and informed me they were resubmitting my order. At the end of day, still no tracking number, no new shipment Mar 7th, evening sent email asking them to step up or give me a refund.

    We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your experience with us.  We apologize that your order was not received.  After speaking with you yesterday(3.7), we immediately restored your order and shipped out another safe(NMXi).  Since the original shipping label didn't contain any transit scans, we were able to reuse this shipping label.  ***** Tracking #************.  Delivery is scheduled for this Sunday(3.10)

    For the inconvenience we have refunded back the shipping fee of $29.51.  Refunds, typically, take 1-3 business days to post back to your account.

    I purchased a product from this manufacturer. Since my original purchase, I've had a number of issues with the product and intermittently, most of the issues have been resolved through intense troubleshooting spanning hours on the phone with their customer support. most recently, the product has stopped working and when contacting the support #, I am inundated with questions and replies that have nothing to do with the actual troubleshoot help that I am requesting. I have attempted to contact this company, but no one ever answers their phone. I have also tried emailing them and requesting a callback, and to date, not a single call.
