    I would like to file a formal complaint against Gabriel Health lnstitute for failure to provide services ( service not rendered). On January 1, 2025 l purchased the *** online package. I then received a confirmation email with receipt (Auth code: 0286P) thereafter l never received a single form of communication from them (no user login, password, prompt etc). Furthermore, Gabriel Institute sent a false advertisement during the Holiday weekend for a promotional offer of $50 off purchase if purchase is made before January 5th (l included a screenshot of this) which of course they failed to honor. I contacted Gabriel Health Institute multiple times, at various times and each time (when they do decide to answer their phone) the customer service was extremely poor. Largely due to their unhelpful, incompetent customer service l knew continually contacting them in the hopes of resolving this was me taking the time and effort and them showing their lack of professionalism which is a red flag on how poorly this institution is being run. The most recent contact l informed them l had called multiples times before and even tried to reach them through their contact form on their website. The contact form doesnt work, their is no submit tab to click on to send a message, thus happened on at least three separate occasions. The person who took the call lied to me and stated l would get a call back from the owner, which of course never occurred. The incompetence of the staff in addition to the poor follow through after purchase is seemingly scam worthy. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $150.
