    I bought a brand new build house which Septic Dominators Llc installed septic tank. We moved in Feb 2021, and around Nov 2022 we starting to have problems likes water drained very slow, bad smell through the sink… on Jan 2023, out toilet did not drain anymore. We thought the tank was full so we had Orlando Septic company came to empty the tank. They said the tanks was full but it was not right, because the system is very new, So problem might be the drain field failing or saturating. They told me to contact the company who installed to fix it. I called septic dominator Llc explained everything. They said they passed the inspection. I said the inspection happened when its just installed. It had not been used yet. Then they requested my water records. I sent them. Then the lady who answered the phone and emails kept saying owners had not been in the office. Finally when i kept calling, the lady said someone will come to take a look tomorrow morning. No one came. Called back no answer. So i let it go. But now its starting to back up again. And its only 8 months. Our water record are not high. We have 2 adults and 3 children, but we dont do bath tubs. Most of water usage is watering the plans.
    I just really want an answer because it will cost a fortune to fix the drain field. And if its their mistakes from the beginning, should they help fixing it?
    Will you please help ?

    We went out to property to see what's going on they had covered to whole back yard with plastic turf grass drainfield is not perculating with plastic on top it caused it to saturate you are suppose to put sod down  I'm sorry this happened but it's not our fault
