    I am following up with you regarding our discussion on the vendor ***** *******, and his refusal to complete his services after being paid in full. We paid for a floor graphic incomplete. The graphic was installed and after a few weeks it began to fade. We requested that it be redone, and it was removed by Mr. ******** We have requested many times for the installation to be complete. Mr. ******* communicated, since we had other work completed around our school by another vendor, he was not going to reinstall the floor graphic. He stated that he would send the graphic to us for us to install the graphic ourselves. I communicated that would not be an option. At this time, we are requesting the floor graphic to be installed. I will forward the last few emails back and forth. Is it possible for Mr. ***** to get involved in this matter? We would just like our floor graphic to be installed, at this time there is nothing ******** regard to Mr. ******* we have an invoice date of February 23, 2024 (#****). The total amount for all services was $7,735.61 and it was paid in full. The business name is Visual Signs: ***************************************************** The invoice was for:Hanging Banner 36x84- ************** Graphic- Completed Lobby Sign- Completed World Map Vinyl- Incomplete, missing the continent of Antartica Floor Graphic- Incomplete, refusal to install after multiple appointment requests)Stage Logo Sign- ********************* was asked to provide an estimate for murals of the continents. His services were not secured for this service. He was asked to only complete the unfinished projects as aforementioned (bulleted items 4 and 5).*** Additional work was completed by another vendor and now Mr. ******* is refusing to complete his work on the vinyl floor graphic, even after work was paid in full.

    When we are advised that the floor graphic was fading, it was not clear whether it was a quality issue or because of heavy traffic. So, in the interest of ongoing customer relations, we agreed to replace it anyway. 

    All other items under this order were approved by the client prior to us printing, and we worked hard to meet a tight deadline and added some extras at no charge to the client.

    We were then asked to work on a series of wall murals throughout the school, this involved multiple visits and many hours to prepare the estimate. We later learned that this work had been awarded to another company. We were not even shown the courtesy of being advised of their decision.

    Based on this lack of respect, we instead offered to reprint the graphic, and they could have their new sign company install it for them.
