La transaccin con Sunwave Energy LLC se realiz el 9 de ***** de 2023 por un monto de $37,037.04. Sunwave Energy LLC hizo falsas promesas. This company is not very honest with the consumer, the individual that came to my house was ****** ******** and ****** ******** and when they explained to me about solar panels they gave me a price of $176.50 monthly payments and I did agree on that but they never did mentioned that after 12 months the payment goes up, and after another 12 months it will go up again and by the 3rd year I'm going to be paying them more money than my electric bill, I understand that I did sign a contract but if they would've mention that to me I would have turned them down on the spot but they didn't mention anything, I feel that they're not very honest and they hide details from the consumer to get people stuck on a contract that is not worth it. I spoke to Mr. ****** and clarified that in the contract shows that his payment will increase. I also asked him if he read the contract before signing, and he told me NO.

It's the same document they gave me without letting me see the part that shows the payments going up every year, they didn't make any adjustments to it. I know I did sign it but I was unaware of the payments escalating every year because they never show me that document.

Mr. ****** says he saw the contract but was not shown the payment details. I want to clarify that he received two additional calls. The first one was December 16, 2024 a validation call from **********, where all the terms of the contract were clearly explained to the customer. The second call was on December 27, 2024 a welcome call from Sunwave Energy LLC. Mr ****** never mentioned any concerns about the contract, and lastly, customer has 72 hours to cancel without any penalty.

I am rejecting this response because:Again the individual that came to my house never showed me the part of the contract that shows the increase of the payments every *********************************************************** that part I would have declined the business because I believe is not worth it but I didn't saw that part of the contract until the end of January after everything was already installed, I feel that he didn't show me that part of the contract to get me locked in on that contract it's why I'm very disappointed with this company and very upset. He clearly said to me and my wife that our monthly payments it was gonna be just $176.50 nothing else.

I dont know if the people are experiencing different levels of satisfaction based on a specific sales *** or not. But I am very disappointed in ours. We were told that the panels being installed would be enough to power the entire house and we would only be getting a bill from the utility company for the meter. We were also told that the battery is only for back up power. Firstly, we have been getting bills from teco in the hundreds of dollars every month since installation. While the battery does serve as back up, it depends on how you use it. Which I learned after I called the manufacturer. Sun wave didnt explain that when they were selling it. How it works is the solar panels charge the battery and then the battery provides power to the house. If the battery runs out or if you set it to stop using the battery once it reaches a certain percentage of charge, it will start pulling from the grid which is why I was still getting charged.Its very troubling that this was not all explained to me when the sales *** was in my house. Also, we had called and spoke with ****** who recommended putting more panels to help but was superseded by someone else saying it wasnt necessary and the problem persists that Im getting billed from teco for more than the meter.I have had solar panels before and that company lived up to their promise. I only paid for the meter with the utility company. I am aware I have to pay the loan which we have been. But Im paying more with the loan/utlity bill than I would had I not had the system installed.Business Response

Sunwave energy LLC provided financing to me for solar power system under false pretense and false financial information. The company never gave me contract only a form with contractor name Solar installers of *******. this company entangled me in a web of documents through false representation regarding system capabilities and anticipated electric bill reduction. The solar panel system are not functioning at all and has never function. I receive my electric utility bill for 400 a month and a 387 dollar bill from ******************. I have called Sunwave and they have refused to help me. All this stress has cause me to have a heart attack. I am 70 years old. I was told by Sunwave that I would be eligible for the state or federal tax credit that could be used to satisfy loan, This was not true. I requested that they fix the solar system so that I don't have to pay two bills. I also asked them to sent out an inspector and that has not happen. When I told them that I would have someone come in and look at the system they said, this will cancel out your warranty." Yet the system has never been operational. Please help me. This web that this company entangled me in has put me in financial hardship. I have no money left for food and I have to go to food shelters. Whatever they did has cause me so much aggravation. If only the system work I would not have to pay electricity bill. Please I have no more strength to go on. pleaseBusiness Response
