    I needed a new roof and had to have solar panels removed. I agreed to the $110 per panel for 7 panels take down and reinstall, totaling $1540. Upon removal the price increase by $625. I had a dispute over the additional fee as the math was not adding up. I ended paying the total amount or they would not reinstall $1540+$625 totaling $2,290. I called today as the Variable speed pump they installed was not working and was informed due to the dispute they will no longer service my solar panels, pool pump or plumbing. Terrible customer service and business practice.

    Fun in the Sun scheduled this homeowner for the removal and reinstall of the solar pool panels and advised any additional parts and labor would be quoted on site at the removal after an evaluation of the system had been performed. The homeowner acknowledged this and proceeded with scheduling. The homeowner was unprofessional and aggressively argumentative with the technician on site. The homeowner proceeded to call in after the removal, profoundly confirming to office staff of her behavior on site to the technician. The homeowner also wrote a letter to the owner of the company crossing the professional threshold, therefore resulting in a non-serviceable manner. The homeowner later then recanted, apologizing; stating she had suffered a medical crisis, and was needing multiple repairs on her home and was not in the right state of mind when she acted out. Fun in the Sun reinstalled the pool solar reluctantly, however, remaining firm in our stance that the homeowner needs to find another service station to meet her needs as we have parted ways professionally.

    If anyone was unprofessional it was the company. I was not aggressive just was upset and asked questions. Fun in the *** doesnt like customers that ask questions. I wrote a letter to the owner as the office manager was not answering my questions and the owner did not even bother to respond, so their customer service is not professional. They were paid I full for all work done on my property. I am glad to be rid of that company and would not recommend them to anyone.

    Honest, Excellent and professional service!!! I have been using them since 2009. Always fast and prompt to address any questions or issues(rarely occurs) with their products. Product work very well past their covered warranty also.

    Over the past 8 years we have always received great service from Fun In The Sun. The office team ****, ******, ****** and ***** are always friendly, knowledgeable and action oriented. The field team members do a very good job with many different tasks.Service Manager, **** is amazing at his trade and provides five star customer service. He treats you like a friend and your pool as if it was his! We wouldnt use any other company for our pool/solar needs.***

    Professional with a personal touch. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated the customer service and prompt response to my needs. I used them for both service of my old solar pool heating system as well as a recent new system install. I would recommend them to others looking for a reliable pool solar panel company.

    Very professional, completed the job timely and cleaned the area completely. *** showed up as scheduled and called me before arriving to let me know how far he was from the house. Totally recommend this company for your pool solar needs. The panel installation looks amazing and no leaks. Thank you

    ***** and ***** are the best! ***** did a great job putting in a new communication cable and programed my pump so it now runs at a lower speed when the solar is not running, saving on my pump and electric bill.

    Great job. My job was done on time and the installers were careful with the installation. The installer helped with setting up the app for the heat controls and made sure I understood how everything worked. Very satisfied from start to finished.

    We are very satisfied in the solar panels even though we live in *******. It gives us more time to enjoy the pool during the day and night. Service is very good every time I have questions I call the office and ****** is great. She takes the time to explain everything step by step. **** recommend this company very good.
