    This salon is conducting deceptive business practices in regards to their membership cancellation policy. Although a "hard sell" is not against the law, I was told I could cancel at any time with no financial obligations and at any date and time. There was no mention the cancellation would take 30 days and during this time I would be charged another monthly fee. Email from salon stated, "We have enjoyed have you as part of our spa family! This form can be submitted after your first billing cycle (30 days). By submitting this form you are giving The Spa a 30 day membership cancellation notice. Signing and dating this form is you acknowledge that your membership will cancel 30 days after the date you signed per the membership enrollment form, and you will be billed one more time before your membership is cancelled..." This was not provided to the consumer prior to receiving this written notice via email

    Should I have read the lowest Google ratings before going to his place of business, I would have found they have been falsely billing and deceiving customers for several years.
