      On March 21, 2024, I filed my taxes with the business above. They informed me that I should see my refund in 21 business days. When I didnt receive my refund I contacted the owner by phone and no answer. This went on until June 10th 2024 when he finally returned my numerous calls and texts. I posted him on social media and that is when he reached out to me. He lied and said his software rejected the return, he said that he hadnt been on his phone which is the number to contact on all public advertisements. I paid $250 for the service.
