    I came to this company in March for help solving a tax return from 2022 that apparently my previous cpa did and would not answer any of my emails or phone calls to fix some errors. They gladly accepted my documents and told me they would work on them. Here we are in July and they have not done anything. I have called several times per month to ask about the status and all I was told that I would get a call back. Today I call to only be told that it is not their problem and thats why it was not done. All these months and this is the answer I receive. How about telling me this when I first stepped into your office. This is not acceptable.

    You initially came to us to utilize tax credits, not to resolve your 2022 tax return. While preparing your 2023 taxes, we found discrepancies in your 2022 return and advised you to contact your previous CPA for clarification. We completed your 2023 taxes and provided a quote to amend your 2022 return, which you declined. Since then, we have received multiple disrespectful calls from you, including the use of obscene language, which we have documented. Nona Tax refuses to tolerate disrespectful behavior toward our team members, especially after multiple requests to moderate your language.
