    Absolutely a fraud. Took my money, told me there was a closing on my property and I didnt get money from sale. Now agent doesnt answer calls, email or texts. I got SCAMMED!!

    I find this company suspicious. They require all funds to be deposited upon the opening of the escrow. They then threaten to not work on the transaction even though they are not a party to the transaction. They have fiduciary responsibility to both buyer and seller. However, by trying to extort money from the buyer when they don't know closing costs or date of closing, they are violating those fiduciary duties. Has anyone thought about reporting them to the proper Florida authorities for civil or criminal investigation?

    We purchased agreed to purchase a timeshare 8 months ago. We have everything we need and things went smooth. Understanding that these things take time, I had a great experience working with this crew, they answered any questions they could...but knowing everything has to work its course... I would use them again over and over.. keep in mind that this is not a overnight process to buy one of these.. has to go through lots of channels .

    I have been waiting for 5 months. ***************************************************** Everything has been done. The resort has already transferred ownership to the buyer, but I have not received the proceeds from the sale.
