  The ***** pulled a scam that should alarm every car owner in *******. They towed my car claiming an expired tag, but here's the truth: my registration was completely up to date. Even worse, when I called the apartment complex, they said they NEVER authorized the tow. The company basically invented a reason to take my vehicle.The way they treated me was beyond unprofessional. Their employees were incredibly rude, calling me names and refusing to let me get my personal items from the car. They forced me to pay through ***** instead of accepting a normal credit card. When I tried to record what was happening, they blocked me, claiming it was "private property."What's most disturbing is how they threatened me after I questioned their tactics. The entire experience felt like a shakedown - they're banking on people feeling too intimidated to fight back. But I'm not backing down. A fat bald ugly white dude called me a "stupid bitch" right before slamming the window down on my face. The general manager, ***** ******, who is also fat and short, threatened to "target" me. There was a short Mexican-looking kid who also slammed the window on me while I was speaking. A white lady refused me access to my belongings. These people have families, and I can't help but wonder how they would feel if their loved ones were treated with such disrespect and contempt. How is this company even still in business?

  Showed proof of decal and registration, still towed my car. I had to get deputy assistance with this issue because we ALL couldnt wrap our head around the ISSUE when I was willing to pay to drop my car from the beginning lol money WAS NEVER THE PROBLEM, HERE. Its the disrespect when that energy is not being returned. Its a very black dark 411 brother with dreads and tiny gold teeth) Refused to give his name when picking up the car, and were antagonizing and rude because I asked all the RIGHT questions when approaching him. You cant even ask WHY your car is getting towed, it is definitely poor hustling. As blessed as I am, I got my vehicle back within 2 hrs and even had the opportunity to feed their families in need during this holiday season!god bless ??

  Top notch towing service, with efficient service request process. Good for hoa's, communities and commercial lots looking for parking violation enforcement.

  Only adding a star because I have to in order to write a review. This is BY FAR THE WORST company i have ever dealt with. Mechanic came out with a used part, did not fix my problem. Another mechanic had to come out, then the truck was taken back to the shop, diagnosed with something else, changed with an outrageous amount of money, JUST SO MY DRIVER BROKE DOWN ON I-4 AGAIN. Never even answer my text or acknowledge their wrongdoing. AVOID YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE WITH THESE SCAMMERS

  I was stuck on the side of the road on
  the highway very unsafe place to be!. I was waiting for a friend to come pick me up but the tow truck showed up before they did I tried to tell the driver that they could go with the car and I would wait for my friend,and that he'd be right along. But the driver Quentin ***** insisted on staying with me until my friend arrived I have to tell you I felt very comforted and safe knowing that he would be there as well I just want to say that's a real stand-up thing to do and think you should be recognized for that Quentin thank you so much!

  My fault for letting my vehicle plates expired, while visiting in Florida. I had to fly back home which is in the state of Wisconsin, so i had no way of picking of my car, except my daughter who lives in Kissimmee. They towed my car from Kissimmee, Fl to Orlando, FL. I called & spoke to a woman & asked her what is needed so that my daughter who lives near Orlando, FL can pick up my car. She stated that she needs a letter that states i am giving my persmission to pick up my car and it had to be notarized. I asked her, what else is needed, she stated that was it. I overnighted the letter to my daughter, she went to pick the car up & they refused to give it to her. They said they needed a copy of my driver license, which was not mentioned on the phone on what was all needed. I explained to the lady that in order to get anything notorized a driver license is required, so this letter is legal. She would not give up my car. Working for a Attorney, he stated that the letter was legal and when he tried to talk to the gal, she hung up on him.
  Once there was no way for me to get the car except flying to Florida, that is what I did. Went to get my car, she said she only takes cash, no credit cards. I drove to find a gas station to get cash, which she never stated that case only. When i returned with the case, the person in head of me, was picking up his car & he PAID with credit card. I asked the gal why she couldn't take mine, she stated that i was not in the right county . This place is terrible and cost me alot of money to fly down to get my car and nothing but the run around from the first phone call. Very unprofessional woman working there, rude and nothing but lies, just to show them they are in charge of my car
