DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! On October 10, Neal, Jr. came to my house to look at what I needed done. After agreeing on a price, he said they would come on Thursday, Oct. 13. After waiting all day, I texted to ask if he was planning to come on Friday since he didn't make it on Thursday. He said, yes. He gave no excuse, never contacted me, but said they would be there on Friday. On Friday at 2:13 p.m., I texted to ask if he was coming since I hadn't heard from them all day. He said that he had an elderly customer with a tree on her house that he had to take care of, that he would come on Saturday, and apologized for the inconvenience. I told him that I was going out of town on Saturday and was going to postpone, but he said they could do the job without me being there, would send pictures (which he didn't do), and I left a check with my sons who were in and out all day on Saturday. BIG MISTAKE! On Saturday, workers showed up to trim my trees. Neal, Jr. was not there to supervise, and my sons say that the guys who did the "work" looked like meth heads that were just coming off of a binge. Somehow, they managed to drop a limb from a tree in front of my house onto the flagpole on the front carport of my house. This broke the bracket holding the flag and bent the flagpole. In the backyard, the limb that was hanging over my shed was dropped heavily on the shed....no lowering gently with a rope.... (Hey, I'm not a "professional", but that would have made sense), and damaged the fascia on the shed so that it was hanging off the side of the shed. The workers patched the fascia before they left, and my sons, not being sure what to do, paid them when they were done. I could see the flagpole get knocked down from my Ring doorbell, and my son took pictures of the shed damage. I got back from my trip on November 2. The check has been cashed, and despite SEVERAL attempts to contact Neal, Jr, he's not responding. TERRIBLE company. Cannot be trusted.
