    On February 3rd, 2023, I entered into a lawn service contract with Williams Travel & Managenment for 3 months of lawn care for $1200. In this contract, they were supposed to come every Wednesday starting on the 8th of February. They skipped performing contracted and paid for services on the 15th of February & 22nd of February but managed to show up on the 24th of February doing some weeding in a flower bed or two. The worker Christopher R** that showed up on the 24th, also charged me another $450 dollars to get my sprinkler system working correctly. He told me that he fixed the sprinkler system and that it was working properly but when my son went and checked it the next day, it was not working properly. Christopher R** took my $450 dollar check that I had wrote him on the 24th, left my residence and went straight to the bank and cashed it. This company has not honored the service agreement in the contract that was agreed on, signed and paid for by me. I feel like this company and their employees are preying on the elderly and I want my money back for services not rendered.

    I have spoken with this customer about this complaint and i have informed them that i had no knowledge about this incident that occurred in reference to the Sprinkler. I did not authorize or sign a contract for that work to be done i was never told about it from the customer or the Contractor about this business dealings. I let all my customers know i will not do any work until we have finalized in writing via contracts that i  give all my customers prior to working to prevent any problems later. you may reach out to Christopher R** at *** *** ****. he is no longer employed as contractor or has any affiliation with this business at all. I have been providing lawn services for this customer myself as needed, requested, and when availability is open because i have a lot of tree work i mostly do. But customer has never had no issues contacting me the owner.
