      This company ruined my physician white coat and has refused to reimburse me for damages. I brought my brand new white coat into the ************ location to get embroidered several weeks ago and the manager ****** assured me it would be handled professionally. When my wife went in to pick it up she informed me the individual working on it appeared untrained and the manager ended up scolding the employee for ruining the item. The employee embroidered the lettering underneath the lapels and didn't even embroider in a straight line. The company name is clearly uneven in the attached picture. I want a full reimbursement for the cost of the coat as well as the cost of the alterations since this company has ruined this item.

      To Whom It May Concern:

      We regret that the customer's embroidery was done in a way that didn't allow for the entire wording to be visible. We acknowledge that the employee and made a mistake and we promptly refunded the customer for the embroidery work he paid for.

      Please be aware that the lab coat in question was an outside item, not an item he bought from our store. Our store policy is clearly posted for all customers in store. I have attached a picture of the sign to this response. The bottom line of the sign clearly states:

      All Uniform Wear is not responsible for replacing any items brought in for embroidery that was not purchased at one of our stores.

      Since this lab coat was not purchased in our store we can only refund him for the defective embroidery. The refund was issued as soon as we were made aware of the issue.  Once again we apologize for the error and have taken corrective steps to prevent this from occurring again.
