    I recently bought a motor for my ***** from JDM Orlando, and even though the first motor had some unforeseen issues, these guys absolutely crushed it with their customer service. When I called to explain the situation, they didnt hesitate they offered me a free exchange, no hassle, no drama.Since Im based in *****, it was a quick drive over to Orlando to pick up the replacement. When I arrived, the team was ready for me, super welcoming, and made the whole process fast and easy. Everyone I spoke with was professional, honest, and genuinely nice which made a stressful situation so much ********* a world where good customer service is getting harder to find, JDM Orlando really sets the bar. They stood behind their product and took care of me without making me jump through hoops. The new motor went in easy and has been running hassle-free for a few weeks now and it's amazing. Ill definitely be sending friends their way, and theyve earned a loyal customer for life. Thanks again, ********************** you guys rock!

    Purchased a low mileage JDM motor for my civic. Was told that's what I was getting. I received a very high mileage USDM motor. When contacting them about this on arrival I was told basically its been tested and that its warrantied. I then was told they would add *************************************************************************** what was promised. Well guess what! Rod and bearing out within 2k miles. *** they are ignoring me on the warranty. Would highly NOT recommend purchasing from them unless you can go in person if they even offer this. IM out $1820.00 for a USDM d16 engine.

    BEWARE! They sent me a BAD HONDA transmission, & Will not make good on it. My son found company on line, & they had good reviews. So we went with them. But Beware ! We went back and forth with MANY e-mails and Phone calls. Was told Transmission had about 50,000 miles on it, not TRUE. This is going on for months now. The company wanted pictures and prof , so I sent it all to them. Still not good enough !! Check engine light on now with two codes, & D light in dash is NOW FLASHING. Paid for transmission, shipping costs $1,249.00 & $1,000.00 plus tax for a mechanic to put it in. STILL CAN NOT DRIVE VAN. Spoke to Jim at JDM Orlando on 7/20/2022 he said they don't have another transmission right now in stock. So check back in August & he will SELL me another one. DO NOT want to give this company any more money! Just want what I PAID for. NOW the company said the warranty has expired.. SHAME ON THEM !

    Ms Glorida ***** you should be ashamed of yourself for writing a review like this... Your purchase was made in February and has since expired. I offered you a replacement unit at cost. No other business in this industry would ever offer this type of service. I'm sorry we were not able to make you happy.
