    I purchased 2005 **** focus on April 5, 2024, and made a down payment of 700 down at that time was giving temporary tag, but they have not issued my tag and temporary tag has expires. Now, they saying I have to make my two first down payment before received my tag.

    On 04/05/2024 ********************* purchased a 2005 **** Focus Hatchback - VIN# ***************** in "AS-IS" Condition with no implied warranty. Currently ********************* is PAST DUE on his scheduled payments and during the Sales Process he elected to pay for his Tag / Registration & Title Transfer C.O.D. ***** Tag & Registration is ready for pick-up, but it needs to be PAID and his past due account needs to be current.

    I am rejecting this response because: I put 700 down and then they told me if I pay the first and second payment then they would release my tag plate, but now it something different and this is not right. They are a car dealership that their word mean nothing and they got me ride around on expired tag.

    This issue has not been resolved. They still wont released my tag plate and have done everything they have asked of me. I am riding around on expired tag. I believe this is a scam and they are doing things illegally.

    This issue has not been resolved. I have made every payment they have ask and still no tag. I have drove three different time to All Approval Auto-works to pick up my tag plate and no one being honest of telling me when the tag actually will get in, so I can pick it up. And now they are saying  I have to pay for tag when I pick it up, it has been about a month now and I am still riding on expired tag. They seems unconcerned and to me it now seems like a scam. Someone needed look into this and help me receive my plate tag.

    I bought a car on a lien from this place in 05/2022. I have all my original paperwork and most of the receipts including the one showing my balance as “0.00” . I paid off this car loan 7 weeks ago and nobody can tell me where my title is or why I have not received one. I have called the business several times and I keep getting the same runaround answers. The sales people tell me “I don’t have any information about that. Call back on X day and my manager will be in for you to speak to.” So I call back on that day and get the same thing, “My manager is not here. Call back tomorrow”. When I look up the VIN in the florida state DMV website it shows as a title with a lien on it still. I suspect that these people sold me a car without a title or something along those lines, which I believe would be fraud.

    To whom it may concern I financed a 2012 burgundy Ford fusion SEL with the number ***************** on December 7, 2022 from All Approved Auto Works on 5500 E colonial Dr Orlando Fl 32810. I came in the office and told them I was looking to purchase a vehicle so they told me to look around for any vehicle 4999 and under because I told him I had 1000 down I found a vehicle and we start on the paperwork and she said I have two payment options one was 800 down with 165 for the next four weeks or 1300 down with $80 for the rest of the weeks so I told her I thought 1000 would be OK. The manager lady said $1000 is fine, but we are breaking up the sales tax over the next four weeks. I thought that was suspicious because I've never done that before but she said that's how it goes and I had no one else to speak to about it. Come to find out she deferred $660 for a down payment and told me it was sales tax being deferred. I felt like I got deceived because I ended up paying way more than I originally planned. They charged me $900 for a predilvery service fee but never told me about that. The price on the Vehicle said $4499 but they are charging me sales tax for a price of $5398 and never explained that to me. But I ended up overlooking that because I have no money for attorney so i wasn't sure what to do. She told me for the tag and title, they would pay the costs then show me the reciepts and I would pay what they paid which she told me would be around $160, she never mentioned any additional dealer fees or anything so I put $115 towards it and kept the reciept. Fast forward to January 5th 2023, My temporary license plate is about to expire so I call to check on the transfer and she says the tag is here but it's $406 to pick up because the dmv couldn't find any tags to transfer so she has to get a new tag. Mind you she never made any contact with me to try and get the issue resolved with transferring my tag and I never approved for a new tag. I called the dmv and they said they have my 2 tags on file and that they would have had no issue if they wanted to transfer it. So now I'm stuck having to pay $406, they are refusing to show me any receipts for what they paid for my tag, they are over charging me and I feel completely lost and helpless. They have been no help in trying to get this resolved and they are very deceptive. I am seeking to have the $406 reimbursed and to be correctly charged the accurate amount of tag transfer and title transfer according to the dmv.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business never contacted me telling me anything about going to the tax collector and the DMV told me personally I have 2 tags available for transfer so they lied about not finding a tag for me. This place is full of shit and I will be taking you guys to small claims for multiple reasons. I’m just waiting to get a copy of the contract to file the lawsuit. They refuse to give me a copy of my contract telling me “They don’t keep it at the office they have to request it from another location”. It’s nothing but lies and bullshit from these people.
