    On March 17th at the *** (******* to) airport and purchased a charger box for $21.66 from your machine and nothing was dispensed. After trying several times to connect to your customer service and being disconnected I was on hold for over an hour and had to catch my flight. I am requesting a refund since the machine did not dispense the purchase. Thank you

    On April 4th at the Chicago airport I attempted to make two purchases of 68.68$ each from their Lego vending machine (ORD E1 LEGO) the vending machine did not vend the product on either attempt and my money was not refunded. I have attempted to contact the merchant 4 times. Twice through their website and twice through direct email. I have not received any sort of response in either case. The merchant has made no attempt to respond or resolve the matter and my credit card company is unable to do a dispute on my behalf due to the fact it was a physical purchase.

    To whom it may concern:

    The customer submitted a refund request on 04/04/2023, he stated that one of our machines did not dispense 2 Lego sets. On Wednesday April 5th we looked up the transaction and found his transaction, which changed the case status to “refund pending”, this can take up to 3-4 days to be processed. On April 9th he submitted a follow up case and sent an email explaining what had happened the day of his purchase. When I looked up his case it was still pending but never noticed it was not approved. On May 1st, we began a further investigation and noticed the case had been pending this whole time but was not approved which is my mistake as the customer service representative. I do apologize for not noticing this issue and for the refund taking this long. As of today, the refund of 98.98 has been approved and was processed, this should appear in the customer’s account within the next 3-5 business days. Again, I apologize for this incident and will watch closely my next cases.
