    I own a company in the US named International Business Support Inc. We resell computer related products to Japanese customers in Japan. On Jan 27, 2022, a Japanese customer asked for a quote for a pair of VRgluv which can be found at https://www.vrgluv.com/. It states the product is available to order at $9000 a pair. We contacted VRgluv by their website contact and Chris T*****, CEO, got back to us immediately and told us the product is available to purchase by an emailed quote. He told us the best way to proceed is to send a check to the address on the signature, which is 3251 Progress Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. It has a signature of Chris T*****, CEO, and has the phone # 404-238-7370 with ******** link. We quoted this to our customer and received an order on Feb 17, 2022. We corresponded with Chris during that time a few times about the power adapter being legal to be used in Japan. He corresponded us in a timely fashion. We sent a hard copy PO to Chris on Feb 17 and because he instructed us to send a check in the amount of $9000, we sent the US Bank check in the name of *** Inc. to the above-mentioned address. He emailed us back and told us the leadtime is 6 to 8 weeks. We followed him up on March 14 and asked for the update leadtime info. He didn't reply until April 8 that he would check the production and would get back to us. After that we phoned him and left messages and sent multiple emails but no reply. On July 23, we decided to cancel this order so we emailed Chris we would like to cancel this order and asked for a refund. We then left messages and asked for a confirmation of cancellation and emailed him also but no reply until today Aug 10.
    I would like a money back in the amount of $9000 immediately.
