    The management was easy to work with, very responsive. Their workmen that came to the house were very conscientious, they were on time and finished their job in record time. They even throughly cleaned up after they finished.

    I reached out to to All American Water Restoration with whom came highly recommended by Elite Mold Services.
    I am thrilled that I did.
    Very soon after initiating the phone call, Chris and his Project Manager Dewann came out and conducted an assessment. BOTH Chris and Dewann were Amazing.
    Within a week, Isaias came out and did a PHENOMENAL job.
    Isaias was such a professional, detail oriented, personable person.
    I am so pleased with this company??
    Give them a call, they WON'T disappoint!

    We used AAWR for a mold issue we found due to Hurricane Ian last fall. We were very happy with their work. We had to have the ducts and air handler cleaned as the last action to make sure we were in the clear. The sub they used did a very poor job putting the vents back in and we were very disappointed. We called the owner of AAWR - ROB - and he came out, inspected it and sent out one of this guys to replace vents and repaint our entire ceiling at no charge to make it right.

    We would highly recommend them - great follow thru and integrity.

    Chris and all the staff at All American Water Restoration where very professional and excellent to work with. They explained the entire process upfront, provided me with the project details so I knew what to expect, and completed it according to the plan. The gentleman that did the on-site work and repairs did a great job in getting things done, gave me daily reports on the progress and kept the project site clean and orderly as he completed each days work.     Chris **** and All American Water Restoration are excellent to work with. They are timely to respond, fair, and honest. As a Property Manager it is important to have vendors that I can trust because they are a reflection of me. They understand the importance of communication and are versed in working with properties that have a tenant, owner and a property manager involved.

    Everyone has been great from AAWR and i dealt with Chris Reed, Skylar, Justin and Mickey (Miguel ******). All have been responsive but I have to give a special kudos to Mickey ******. He went beyond his duties to make sure that the Duct Cleaning company did not ruin his work. He took lunch much later and checked then rechecked everything. He was trustworthy and so thorough. He is an asset to this company.

    Three weeks after mold remediation, I'm still waiting on an estimate to replace the ceiling in my master bath toilet room. I've called three times and was told the reconstruction dept was busy and they would get back to me. This all started when I noticed some mold growing outside the vent above the toilet due to a small roof leak. AJ was very pleasant when she came out to test for moisture but she only found a small area behind the vent. I feel like I was overcharged for mold remediation of the small area but at the time I was more concerned about my family's health and what could possibly be growing up there. For the job itself, I was told after the fact that they didn't see any mold on the other side of the ceiling yet everything was removed. So I question whether it needed to be done at all. After the job was finished and the mold testing complete, no one came back to remove the plastic or tape sealing up the room which is not a big deal, just unprofessional to not follow through. Now I'm stuck with no ceiling in there and have to find someone to replace it.

    Hi and thank you for the review. I am the owner of AAWR. As I appreciate that you would like for us to do the repairs but when you first met with you this was an insurance claim which was later denied. We went ahead and conducted the remediation, but you did not mention anything about reconstruction per the notes I am reading. I apologize for office not getting back to you. At this time, we are extremely inundated with hurricane losses like yours. Our repair division and office staff are doing their best to contact clients back in a timely manner. Normally we do not make these kinds of mistakes with communication or getting back with clients. But if there is something we can do to assist you with the repairs please let me know. Currently we are booked 2 months out. Thank you - Rob ********* - President
