      We were rushed to buy the system. After installing it we found out the reverse osmosis system isn't even used, it's older model. We want this out of our house.

      Submitted a quote request through ********* website. Had a phone call within 10 minutes and had a new Raheem water heater installed the next day!Great communication. Helpful and informative technicians. ****** and ******** were friendly and efficient. Left work area clean. Provided professional installation.

      Easy and flexible to schedule I was kept in contact about the techs arrival times. When the tech, ******, came he was right on time did a great job and explained to me how the system worked in case something in the future would happen. He was amazing and very through and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this company to any and everyone.

      Misrepresented the Rainsoft EC5 product, and they are horrible at addressing a poor installation. The Rainsoft EC5 continues to push brine into my pipelines after regeneration. At first, I was toldby Florida Energy Water and Air that it was because my ice maker runs during the night?REALLY??!?! (are you saying I have to turn off my ice maker?!... ok, I did)Still, now I made my life more complicated keeping an eye on the regeneration schedule and ice in the fridge. BUT, I turn off the ice maker and STILL brine (salty water) gets into my home *********!!!I hate RAINSOFT and Florida Energy Water and Air.

      The comment from the business it true, but not incomplete.A technician came to the house, after several attempts to speak with a person that would acknowledge the problem and multiple aggravating hours needed to convince that something was wrong with the system. In other words, the business confirms that the I was right to say there is an issue with the installation BUT they would not believe me, and they kept giving me bs!OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced to be served with aggravating crap!At the price you pay for RAINSOFT you should expect better!

      Greetings All of the staff members we dealt with are wonderful. The presentation by ***** was clear and easy to understand. ********* who installed the system was super efficient and very friendly. ******* just left and did the inspection and answered our questions. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Happy that we had a great team on this project. Very satisfied

      Everyone who works for this company that I have encountered has been passionate about this product and its no wonder why. From the moment ****** showed me the demonstration, I was immediately hooked. Who wouldnt want a product that could immediately eliminate all of the toxins that are in our water supply. When ****** told me he had one more demonstration left (after maybe 6 or 7) I told him, Ill be honest with you, you had me after the first demonstration but I was so interested in what you were teaching me and you were so enthusiastic about it, I just thought Id let you cookRobenson and his team installed the product quickly and neatly. They were communicative the entire time. He even buried my system a little lower so as not to alert my HOA ??. Finally **** was very thorough and helpful at explaining exactly how the system and all the perks worked. When I noticed there was still a slight discoloration after the chlorine test, he made sure to let the company know to adjust the carbon filter. I have already begun telling my friends and family about this system and I hope I can convert a few more people onto team clean water. Yes, the system is expensive, but in the long run, youre saving your own health and heck, youre even saving on products! I cant wait to get full use out of this system!
