    I unsubscribed from Builderall a few years ago and yet still keep getting spammed by their emails.I unsubscribed via the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the emails they send several times now and every time it says "unsubscribe successful" after I do it.I also contacted support 3 times at least in the past month to stop getting emails and keep getting sent their sales emails.Images and proof of everything is attached. They keep harassing me with their sales emails despite me specifically unsubscribing over 5 times in total, via clicking the button, and contacting support. This is completely inappropriate, is literal harassment, and is totally unacceptable.

    Builderall LLC Deleted my company after misplacing or deleting all my web site that was ready to go on-line. All my work, design and effort was lost. I did not request to delete my account and was in the process of searching my website in their system with *****, from Builderall

    I was double-billed for a service from Builderall beginning on May 29, 2022 to May 29, 2023. The redundant charge was for $29.90. The vendor redunded the amounts for this year, but said they were unable to so for 2022 (see final message of attached dialogue with the support team. They directed me to file a dispute with my payment company Paypal. I filed four cases with Paypal before receiving a reply that it had been too long a period for them to process the dispute. The closed the four cases I had filed. I have asked that Builderall provide a credit if they are unable to offer a refund, as the amount in question is worth 12 months of my current subscription. I would guess that they were aware that the older payments could not be disputed based on the time that has passed.

    We would advise to, please continue all communications on the ticket generated as we are happy to come to a solution. We hope the solution that was provided on your ticket has met your needs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund of all charges due to *******s limitation to how far back you are able to execute refunds and disputes, but we are able to provide credit to the correct amount.

    From January of 2022 to September 2022 Builderall has been double-billing me for the same service and will only refund the last 30-days.

    Due to a clerical error on their end I am having to pay for their mistake: Paying 2X for a duplicate service I never used or asked for.

    I am nauseated by their lack of integrity and complete lack of ownership of the situation.
