      On Friday May 9th I placed an online order with WL Appliances. After no contact about the order on Saturday or Friday I proceeded to call the business on Sunday. They didnt answer or returned the phone call. On Monday I proceeded to call them again. They said theyll get back to me with the delivery details. They got back to me on Monday and stated a delivery person would call me 30 minutes before delivery on Tuesday. Never give a time. Tuesday after 5 I text the number since I didnt get any call from a delivery guy and it was becoming the close of business on Tuesday. No response. I called on Wednesday they told me between 1-5 pm on Wednesday. No call no show. Thursday I decided Im not calling because I felt like Im the one doing all the reaching out, still no contact. Friday I called a manager names **** said h*** send someone. Apparently he came as the delivery guy with another guy. On Sunday the washer would not work. I called and reached someone name ***. He told me the washer I have is better and more expensive than the one I ordered. I called **** and he said that the washer is better and that *** system maybe outdated. **** said h*** send a technician. A week later a no technician no contact from ****. On Monday contacted **** again and no technician. Contacted **** on Saturday May 24th he said they do not issue refunds and their policy states otherwise. **** give his delivery guy my daughters contact number without consent and he contacted her posing as a technician then lied and tried to on some personal matter. I would like a refund and not to do business with this company. The business is shady. I do not drive hence why I ordered online. They tried to sell me a washer than they know is defective or no one wants. Theyre now trying to deliver the washer I ordered. And I fear it would be continuous problems.

      The customer is trying to take our products for free, but these are all final sales because they are open-box items. The products are still at her home, and all of them come with manufacturer warranties, so there is no issue with product quality as she claims. Moreover, we already paid a $200 delivery fee to have our staff deliver the items.If the customer is not satisfied, we are always willing to exchange the item.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I clearly stated in my emails to the business that I want a full refund. The initial issue was they did not deliver the unit I ordered. And failed to disclose that important information to me. Had this unit not been defective at the time and happened at a later date out of warranty. I would be stuck with no claim. I paid a delivery fee which is clearly shown in the attachments of $80 dollars. Any additional delivery fee the business has to pay their employees does not have anything to do with me. ** Appliance have no right to say that I am trying to take their products for free when I do not want to do business with them at all. I do not wish to continue having a washer in my home that is not working. A washer that I SPECIFICALLY DID NOT order. I want a full refund and they need to return for their defective washer. I do not understand why they are referencing multiple product(s) at my home when it is ONE product. A product which I did not order clearly and a product that is not working. Their policy states that they offer returns and refunds within a timeframe that I am within. I will not settle with this company poor business ethics. I know my rights and laws. I am trying to be patient and lenient.
