  LEI Home Enhancements - Avoid This Company at All Costs!
  I’m sharing my experience to warn others about LEI Home Enhancements and their unprofessional practices.
  I hired this company to install Alside windows, and the entire process has been a nightmare—poor product quality, incorrect measurements, and a botched installation. Despite my efforts to get these issues resolved, I’ve been met with excuses, delays, and zero accountability.
  To make matters worse, the franchise location that handled my installation has since gone out of business, leaving me to deal with their headquarters directly. After involving the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to assist in resolving the matter, the headquarters claimed they had no recollection of ever speaking with me or handling my project—a blatant attempt to dodge responsibility.
  Furthermore, it appears they subcontracted the installation, likely with unlicensed personnel, because there were no records of a contractor's number, nor could their company provide me with this information when I inquired about it. This raises serious concerns about their hiring practices and the legality of their operations.
  Adding to the nightmare, the old windows were smashed out rather than properly removed, and retrofitted windows were hastily installed onto the old frames. This resulted in losing several inches on each side of the new windows due to this improper method of installation, which was never disclosed to us during the process. To make matters worse, the windows themselves are cheaply made and of extremely poor quality.
  If you’re considering this company, don’t do it. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company that stands behind its work!

  We had 7 windows and 3 sets of sliding doors replaced with LEI Home Enhancements. The pricing was good and the communication was great. The installation team was quick and courteous. Our new windows look great and the doors are smooth.

  We had 5 other companies come out to quote us on windows and ultimately chose LEI. Their salesman was straightforward and honest, didn't try to upsell me or waste my time on lengthy presentations. They had multiple financing options and fantastic customer service, keeping us apprised every step of the way so we knew when our order went in, when the windows were made, shipping out, etc. The installation team they sent was great. Fun loving and friendly, so I didn't feel awkward hanging around while they worked, but extremely professional and helpful in answering my questions. I'm beyond thrilled with my new windows and highly recommend LEI to others now.

  Lei was awesome to work with. Communication was excellent every step of the way. They installed 18 windows at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the windows!! Would definitely recommend using them!

  Will Not Use This Company I called to get an estimate on replacing my 3 panel patio door based on the positive reviews I saw on BBB. When I called the lady assisting me wanted me to measure my patio door and send them a picture of it. I should not have to measure my own patio door and send in an email to get an estimate for a new patio door. What happened that makes this company as me to do their job?

  Thank you for reaching out to us today. We are very sorry that you misunderstood Debbie and didn't realize that we were trying to save you valuable time and effort. In all due respect, we certainly did not want you to do our job. We truly respect everyone is very busy. We have learned from our customers that they prefer to simply text us a picture of a door/window and give us the approximate size. That way, we don't need to ask as many questions. Since we can determine so much information from a picture, we are much better able to help provide you the best estimates and options. For example, from a picture, we can see the existing door/window type and since Florida building code is very strict what can be pulled under permits and what is allowed, we can provide you with options even before we come to see you. For example, in your case, a 3 panel slider (depending on the age and existing structure) may need extra construction for it to fit and be approved under Florida Building Code. Also, on a 3 panel slider there are multiple slider operations, screen options and colors, therefore, when we arrive at your home we are fully prepared to provide you all the options.
  We take much pride in making customers happy and providing excellence in windows, doors and installation. I am sorry that we were not able to provide our services to you this time. It is unfortunate that you felt compelled to leave a bad review without doing business with us

  Thank you for your response. Perhaps Debbie can use some coaching on how to present the customer doing some type of measurements because it certainly was not present it to me in a positive way that would've wanted me to move forward with your company. Unfortunately, your reviews were great that's why I chose you, but this experience has left a sour taste, and I have decided to go with another company who is more than happy to come out and do measurements and provide options.

  I chose LE I Home Enhancement's to install my windows and sliding glass door. They have good quality windows and professional installation by Danny, wonderful customer service, attention to details and they did not leave a mess. I am very happy and I highly recommend.

  From the start, everyone with LEI was never "pushy" or pressured me into signing a contract. We met with Diana who was very respectful of our time and answered all of our questions. The price she quoted was the best out of the other two companies we reviewed. LEI was very up front with the possibility of delays due to the ongoing supply chain issues but they kept me updated. At the time of install, again, they were very respectful of our schedule and did everything possible so we would not be inconvenienced. Danny and the installers did a great job and we had all windows and a sliding door installed in two days. After the install, we noticed two of the windows leaked. This is the point where LEI truly rose to the occasion. Danny came to the home on his day off and I pointed out the frame appeared to be cracked. He told me he was aware of the issue and had already submitted for a replacement not only for that window but for a second one as well. I was not even aware of a second issue. Apparently during shipping the frame cracked which was beyond their control. LEI could have easily ignored the problem or did a quick patch but they took ownership of the problem and had already taken the steps to resolve the issue. They even came out after they replaced the frames to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot stress enough how great LEI was from start to finish. The windows look great, the humidity in the home is greatly reduced and the air conditioner is not working as hard. I highly recommend considering LEI for your window needs.
