    I want to say how much I love, love, love my new EAS (Eastern Architectural Systems) high impact windows and new Alside Promenade 6400 Series patio door.  Since they were installed in August, I have already noticed a significant difference and improvement in temperature, particularly with the heat.  I don't have to run the air conditioning as much as before and suspect I will also not have to turn up the heat during those very rare cold snaps in the coming months.  These windows also held up perfectly during the recent high winds and rain due to Hurricane Ian.

    Next, I want to thank the entire team for the outstanding customer service I have received from the very beginning.  Everyone, from Phillip **** in Sales to Isabel in the office to Frank and Chris during installation, has been so kind, considerate, professional and most accommodating.  It has been a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process and I am most sincerely grateful.  

    Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Baxter Windows and Doors and have already been singing your company's praises to my family and friends.
