    Activus Connect lied to me about contract dates for Experian. The first representative who spoke with me upon ****** stated that the contract was to last 4-6 months and then during training I was told it was only 3-4 weeks and no job placement was guaranteed. Training was also very unprofessional and terrible due to no-hands on work being done and unable to fully follow along as we were not allowed on the software until the day of. The 'techs' supervisors, I assume, were very rude and non-supportive unless they already knew you. There was no script readily available for production day, only what was put into chat upon shift start.

    Horrible company. Especially to work for. After going above and beyond my call of duty. Corrected the ** ************************* who was my manager. Explained how his methods were a security risk. He convinced HR to let me go even though I did nothing to deserve it. I was trying to do my job as an analyst and I explained how processes and procedures were time wasting and could be improved.I was pushed out due to this. They also have **** lack of management that when my previous manage who left advised that my move from Georgia to NY was taken care of on the back end. So when they let me go I couldnt get unemployment as there was a tax issue. They refused accountability. When I requested the chat logs between the ** and the previous manager and I for possible legal reason for the **** They ghosted me. Even the owner ************************* refused to respond to me.After everything I did for the company. I helped stream lined the IT help desk single handedly all of my suggestions were implemented. They also refused to pay me out my PTO. They promised me when I moved from a 20 an hour position in the company to a more qualified position I would be back up to 20 in a few months. 2 years later I was up to 18 from 16. They refused to talk to me. I wouldn't recommend doing business with a company that has these principals. I would definitely warn against working there. They do not care about what you do for the company and evidence would show if you are to good at your job. You will be pushed out over time. They will make up reasons to fire you.
