      2 new ac units installed 2/14/2022
      Immediately had problems with 1 upstairs unit blowing heat only, took 1 week for warranty service and Michael/owner of company was able to get working and described as sticking valve from installation debris, on about 3/10/2023 problem occurred again, I have left approximately 35 voice messages for warranty service and cannot get a return call or any answer on phone. Finally called out another company to check unit, other company stated valve was sticking in heat position and needs replacement and made a temporary repair disabling heat function. I still cannot reach Central heat and air for warranty service and unit is less than 2 years old and still in warranty period. I would be satisfied if central heat and air contacted me and honeyed warranty repairs and reimbursement for emergency temporary repair

      We are just now seeing your correspondence to us through BBB. I am responding here briefly so you are aware that your attempt to contact us has been successful via these means.

      I will be reaching out to you directly at the start of next week to schedule a day and time for us to check on your unit(s). 

      My sincere apologies for any delays you had in hearing back from us, our St Augustine office has been unmanned for a few good months. Calls are not all getting re-directed properly to the main branch.

      Our main branch number is 386-265-5907. If our lines are busy please just leave one message, and we can response as soon as possible. Multiple messages delay response times.
