    In 2022, I took a 5 hour course for continuing education (I am a speech language pathologist), and that course never was reported to ***** as I had requested it to be when I paid for the course. I have contacted HomeCUE multiple times over the last 2 years for a refund or for them to please report my CEUS to **** but they never did so and never gave me back my money. I lost 5 hours of CEUs and I did not get my money back. Do not get your CEUs from this place!!!

    Upon thorough investigation of your case, we confirmed that you contacted us multiple times about the non-reporting of your CEUs to ***** We want to assure you that our team diligently worked to rectify the situation and fulfill your request. However, it appears there may have been miscommunication regarding the necessary steps required on your end for us to successfully report your hours to ***** 

    In our communication with you, the reporting of CEUs to **** requires certain information from you, including your **** *** Despite our efforts to guide you through this process and provide you with the necessary resources such as the **** appeal link, we understand that this requirement may not have been clear or easily fulfilled on your part. 

    Considering the challenges you faced and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are issuing you a full refund for the membership you purchased back in 2022. We genuinely are sorry for any inconvenience or loss of CEUs you may have experienced because of this issue, and we hope this gesture serves as a testament to our dedication to resolving your concerns.
