    I ordered a spray from this company it is Cavilon barrier spray since I have a stoma and disability. I ordered my item on September 26 and have still not received my item. I saw in my status information it just says the same thing awaiting shipment but its been this way since September 26. I feel this company is a scam and I would like the product sent to me as soon as possible or a full refund. They dont answer me when I have sent over three messages asking what is going on. My attempts to contact them has gone unanswered and Im concerned this is a scam since I havent gotten my product at all. Below is a screenshot of my order number *****.

    Hello, 

    I apologize for the delayed response regarding this matter, The customer placed an order on September 26th for a Cavilon Barrier Spray, on our website on the product page it states that this is a non stock item and it is a special order from the supplier as well as that the approximate delivery date window is between 2 to 8 weeks. On October 1st at 9:44AM the customer sent us the first email wanting to know when the order will be shipped. Same day 3 minutes later October 1st at 9:47AM the customer sent another email requesting the same info of where her order is and that it the status still says "awaiting shipment". Same day 8 minutes later October 1st at 9.55AM one of our customer service rep ******* replied to the customer inquire and informed the customer that this item as it states on our website is a non stock item and we special order it from the supplier and the approximate delivery time frame is 2 to 8 weeks however, stock changes every day so we are unable to give an exact delivery date for this item, and that if the customer have any other questions to let us know. Same day October 1st at 4:29PM the customer responded saying ok thank you and to please let her know when its shipped. Please see attachment screenshots proof to all the communication. We are not a scam as the customer claims for us to be as well as the claim of attempts to contact us has gone unanswered is false. 

    3 days later on October 3rd the customer filed this complaint on ********************, which we are at fault for not responding to the complaint on time due to email issues marking this email as a spam. 

    On October 11 the customer reached out asking where her order is and we updated her right away and customer requested to cancel and get a refund and it was processing for refund on our end but we had to get a confirmation from the supplier that the order wasn`t already shipped before we issue refund.

    on October 13 she disputed the transaction with her bank and at that point we are unable to process a refund because the bank does that automatically unless we counter the dispute. The customer got their refund through a dispute with the bank. 

     We are very sorry for the customer experience but we do try to communicate as much as we can within what we can communicate with the customer, if time frame is not acceptable we could easily cancel the order and issue a refund but there was no room to do so with the dispute

    I ordered Oxygen Cart Rubber Legs using their online order process. I placed the order on 4 24 2024. The website says this is a special order and can take 2-8 weeks. I contacted Dental Medical Supplies on 6 11 2024 and did I expected to receive my order on 6 25 2024. I contacted Dental Medical Supplies again on 6 25 2024 and I was told it would receive my item by 0703 2024. I haven't received any product from Dental Medical Supplies. My order still says awaiting shipment. I have not received any communication from Dental Medical Supplies. And my credit card was charged for this item that day after I order the item (04 25 2024). What company charges for any item before shipping the item to the customer?????

    I have received a response from the company and I also received the items I ordered.
