Was told my doors were in at least 4 times and even had 3 scheduled install dates. Only to find out that they didn't have the doors in. I was then told they had a solution to temporarily fix the issue. The solution was to install doors that did not have the windows I ordered and to wait for the correct windows to be installed when they did come in after 3 months. I thought this was a scam. Not happy with the way they do business. I asked for a refund but I am still waiting for it. Found out a county permit was only $88 but they charged $250 for the permit

    Hello *******************************,

On the bottom of your invoice you will see the estimated time of arrival from door purchase to install is 8 - 12 weeks. Your order was placed 1/15/24.

Yes, there were some scheduling issues. Unfortunately after receiving your doors and having installation scheduled we realized the doors were not cut properly for the glass you ordered. We requested our supplier remake the door and rush it to us on 2/29/24.

We tentatively scheduled you, with the mutual understanding that we were still waiting for your doors to arrive, at your request so that you could coordinate with your security door company. We did also offer to put in permanent new door jambs with substitute door slabs until your proper door slabs arrived because you wanted the job done as soon as possible.

We were able to get the correct doors in on the week of 3/25, the 10th week out from purchase. You refused installation.

You were charged $250 for a door permit service to cover the permit fees as well as the labor for our permit expert and notary to complete and submit all the paperwork, insurance, certification and license with the city. This is entirely optional and you could have opted to do the permit yourself.

You have repeatedly demanded a full refund. You have repeatedly entered our store and harassed our customers, falsely exclaiming that we are scammers. We are not scammers. We do not offer full refunds on doors after they have been ordered from our suppliers. We have fulfilled our agreement which is to have your order ready for install 8 - 12 weeks from deposit.
