    Purchased from business February 6, 2025. Today is, April 5, 2025 still waiting on three bottles of a ptetty decent size order of fragrance oils. This company is dishonest. They will print ypur **** label and not send ypur package. Email after Email and being lied to , and now no response. But i have paid you, so why not send me what im owed? I waited 6 months before I ordered from this company again, because sadly it wasnt the first time. But, I get it...but, stated hired help things corrected, clearly dishonest again. Just send the products, people have paid for. Thanks.

    I placed an order with Deep South Fragrance Company on March 4, 2025 in the amount of $87.42 - order number *****. Their website stated that they have a 2-8 business day process time. I own a candle business and am dependent on receiving supplies in a timely manner to effectively run my business. I hadn't received my order by March 20th, 2024, so I sent an e-mail inquiring about shipping time, with no response. I sent another e-mail on March 24th requesting a refund, I also received no response. I had to make an order with another candle supply company at this time and no longer needed my order since it still had not shipped. I sent another email on 4/1 and have not received a response from the seller. I would like a full refund at this time, but the owner is not responding to my emails and inquiries.
