    This page is page one of 2.  It is not signed  e contract and I also want to know if some of the things I am missing from my move were ever a part of the estate sale.

    Lordez Estate Sales and Online Auctions LLC was hired by Nina K**** as Power of Attorney for ***** **** to sell the items left in the home prior to the sale of the home located at **** ****** ****** ****** ****** *******. Please note that we do not do an inventory list for any of our estate sales, and this was discussed with **** ****** We were NOT hired by Nancy K***. Please see attached Power of Attorney documents that we requested from **** ***** when she hired us and have in our possession. 

    The reason we have blocked all communications from ***** **** and her family members: "***** *****, ***** ******* *** ****** ****", (just to name a few), is that we have received numerous vulgar, foul and threatening emails.  They have tried all avenues to attack and defame our business and name with our business relations, which we have worked very hard for, and now they have contacted BBB.    

    After the estate sale, **** ***** (POA) instructed us to mail our business check to Nancy K***. The check was for $5,876.00 which she cashed.  If there were any problems at the time, why did she cash the check? This estate sale company will not get involved in whatever family disputes that the family is now having amongst themselves.

    Please see the attached POA showing proof that **** ***** had the authority to act on her mother's behalf. If you need me to gather all the vulgar, foul and threatening emails that we have received from this family, please let me know.
