      On 5/15/24 I met with ** *****. He stated that the hearing aid was not covered by ****************** and I could get a pair for $3500 and I will be fully reimbursed within three months. I have made numerous calls to ** and **** ( office manager) no call back and no response.

      Dear BBB,

       

      We have come to a settlement with Mrs. ***** We have refunded her half of her money. We have also ordered her hearing aids directly through her insurance company therefore she will get them for no cost! Another happy patient! Please let us know if we can be of any more assistance!

      This company will not stop sending junk mail.

           Please be Advised :      This person is not a Patient of ours , We understand this complaint . Hopkins hearing uses a direct mail company and also other public advertisements in order to help the community offering our  services to the general public  in  hearing healthcare.

      We  contact the mailer company and the **** in order to stop any unwanted mail to addresses . Any individual (we only call them this because again not a patient of ours) that requests

      and prefers not to receive direct mail, we ask  our mailer company to  remove them from their demographic data base . Again not a patient of ours  and has never rendered any services from us. This person has also never reached out to our office asking to be removed they went directly to BBB.

      We hope this answers any questions and  provides clarity on this matter .
