    I purchased ************ on 04/13/2025 at ******** Home Show. I attempted to set it up and was having all kinds of difficulties, the instructions did not work. I called ************) the main office 8 times in 10 days and left a message each time with no return call. I called **** Warrilows cell phone and was told you could not leave a message on this phone? I looked at some reviews which said not to buy this products? At this point I just want to return it for a refund.

    Bought product from this company and they will not answer my email, phone or text message to try and correct an issue with their product. When I call it goes right to voice mail and says to leave a number and they will get back with you. I have been trying for over 10 days to contact them and have gotten no replays.
